The 2.5m³/min 80 ℃ high temperature refrigerated dryer is an efficient compressed air drying equipment designed specifically for high temperature conditions. It can process compressed air with an inlet temperature of up to 80 ℃, with a rated processing capacity of 2.5m ³/min. Through the principle of freezing and dehumidification and advanced refrigeration technology, the air is cooled to a dew point temperature of 3-10 ℃, efficiently condensing water vapor and thoroughly separating it through a gas water separator. It is discharged through an automatic drain valve and outputs dry and pure compressed air. The equipment adopts high-quality heat exchange components and environmentally friendly refrigerants, supports air or water cooling methods, and has the characteristics of stable pressure dew point, small pressure loss (≤ 0.03MPa), and strong adaptability to high and low temperature working conditions. It can adapt to intake pressures of 0.2-1.0MPa, has a compact structure, and is easy to install and maintain. It is widely used in industrial scenarios such as manufacturing, chemical industry, and food processing, which can effectively extend the service life of downstream equipment and reduce operating costs.
