It is a Rotary vane vacuum pump in which oil-sealed vanes rotate inside an eccentric stator to trap and exhaust air from the suction chamber. The oil continuously seals the clearances, lubricates the moving parts and cools the pump, allowing it to achieve deep vacuum reliably — typically from 10 to 0.5 mbar, or lower with two-stage designs.
It is the most widely used vacuum pump for general industrial and laboratory duties: vacuum packaging and food processing, pharmaceutical and medical equipment, electronics manufacturing, plastic molding and degassing, printing, lamination, woodworking, dairy and beverage filling, refrigeration/AC evacuation, and laboratory vacuum systems.
Single-stage pumps typically reach about 0.5 mbar; two-stage pumps reach 0.1 mbar or below. The right choice depends on your process: 0.5 mbar covers most packaging and industrial needs, while lower ultimate vacuum suits laboratory and analytical applications.
Our oil vacuum pumps cover a wide range from about 1.5 to 250 m³/h, from compact lab pumps to large industrial units. Tell us your chamber volume, required vacuum level and cycle time — we will size the pump for the optimum evacuation time.
Oil performs three essential jobs: it seals the clearance between vanes and stator for deep vacuum, lubricates all moving parts to prevent wear, and cools the pump during operation. High-quality vacuum oil with a good service interval is the key to stable performance and long pump life.
Oil change intervals depend on operating conditions — typically every 500–2,000 operating hours, or sooner when pumping heavy vapors or dust. The pump has a clear sight glass for oil level/condition checks; we supply the correct vacuum oil and service kits and provide a maintenance schedule for your duty.
The gas ballast valve admits a small amount of air into the compression stage, preventing water vapor or solvent vapor from condensing and contaminating the oil. It is essential when pumping humid or solvent-laden gases, and simply closed when pumping dry air for maximum ultimate vacuum.
Under normal operation an internal oil separator and optional exhaust oil mist filter capture oil carryover, keeping the exhaust clean and returning oil to the sump. We offer high-efficiency mist eliminators and oil recovery systems for sensitive or cleanroom environments.
Our pumps are designed for quiet operation — typically 55–68 dB(A) depending on model — with balanced rotors and optional acoustic enclosures. For noise-sensitive sites we can supply enclosure or remote-installation solutions.
Oil pumps offer deeper vacuum and lower purchase cost, but require periodic oil changes and produce small oil waste. Dry pumps avoid oil but cost more and suit clean, chemically aggressive processes. For most general industrial and packaging applications, an oil pump is the most economical, reliable choice.
Routine maintenance is simple: check the oil level and condition via the sight glass, change the oil and intake filter on schedule, and inspect the exhaust filter and valves periodically. We provide a full service kit (oil, filters, gaskets) and clear instructions so your own team can maintain it easily.
Place the pump on a level, stable surface with adequate ventilation, connect the suction line (short and large-diameter for best performance), and provide the correct motor power supply. Optional accessories include inlet filters, vacuum gauges, solenoid valves and vacuum regulators to complete your system.
With the gas ballast open and regular oil changes, the pump handles water vapor and light solvents well. For aggressive or corrosive media we recommend suitable oil grades, inlet coalescing filters, or our chemically-resistant versions — confirm the gas composition with us and we will configure accordingly.
Yes. As the manufacturer, we customize voltage/frequency (e.g. 110V/220V/380V, 50/60Hz), motor power, accessories and packages (pump + tank + valves + gauges), color and branding, plus OEM/ODM with your logo and documentation.
Our factory is ISO 9001 certified and the pumps carry CE certification, with other certificates available for your market. Standard models ship within 7–20 days after order confirmation, customized units 20–40 days, export-packed for sea or air freight.
We offer a 12–24 month warranty, 24/7 remote technical support with troubleshooting guidance, operator training, and long-term supply of vacuum oil, spare parts and service kits — typically dispatched within 3–7 days to keep your production running.
