It is a vacuum pump that operates without any oil in the compression chamber — using dry rotary vanes, pistons or diaphragm mechanisms with self-lubricating materials. There is no oil to change, no oil mist in the exhaust and no risk of oil contamination of your process or product, making it the clean, low-maintenance choice for sensitive applications.
Typical duties include medical equipment (suction, dental chairs, analyzers), laboratories and analyzers, food vacuum packaging, electronics and PCB manufacturing, printing and paper handling, vacuum pick-and-place, packaging lines, environmental monitoring, and cleanroom-adjacent processes where oil contamination is unacceptable.
Dry vane designs typically reach about 5–10 mbar, piston types 30–100 mbar and diaphragm pumps similar ranges, depending on the model. This covers most packaging, pick-and-place and suction applications. If your process requires deeper vacuum (below a few mbar), we can recommend an oil-sealed or dry screw solution. Two-stage dry screw pumps typically reach an ultimate pressure of about 0.1–0.5 mbar (10–50 Pa), covering most industrial processes. Combined with a roots booster, levels below 0.01 mbar can be achieved where required.
Our oil-free units cover pumping speeds from about 1 to 120 m³/h, from compact medical-grade pumps to larger industrial packaging units. Provide your chamber volume, required vacuum level and cycle time, and we will size the optimum model.
Oil-free pumps eliminate oil changes, oil disposal, exhaust oil mist and the risk of oil back-streaming into your process. They are safer for medical, food and cleanroom use, run cleaner and cost less to maintain — at the price of a slightly higher initial cost and somewhat higher ultimate vacuum limit.
Very little. There is no oil to change; routine work is limited to cleaning or replacing the intake filter, checking valves and hoses, and periodic inspection of the drive and vanes/diaphragm. A simple annual service keeps the pump running reliably for years.
Yes. With no oil in the system, the exhaust contains no oil mist and minimal contaminants. Optional exhaust filters and silencers further reduce particles and noise, making it suitable for laboratories and clean production areas.
Our oil-free pumps are designed for quiet operation — typically 50–68 dB(A) depending on model — with balanced mechanics and optional acoustic enclosures for noise-sensitive sites such as clinics and labs.
Yes. The pumps are rated for continuous duty at their specified performance, with adequate cooling and thermal protection. For demanding 24/7 packaging lines we recommend models with duty-rated motors and monitoring options.
The purchase price is slightly higher than an equivalent oil pump, but total cost of ownership is often lower: no oil purchases or changes, no filter oil disposal, less maintenance labor and no contamination-related product loss. We can provide a lifetime cost comparison for your specific duty.
Place the pump on a level surface with ventilation, connect the suction line (short, large-diameter for best performance) and provide the correct motor supply. Many models are compact and can be mounted directly on machinery or in a cabinet. Accessories include inlet filters, vacuum gauges and regulators.
Dry pumps handle light moisture well; for humid or dusty processes we recommend an inlet filter and, where needed, a separator upstream to protect the pumping chamber. Confirm your media with us and we will configure the right protection package.
Yes. We supply versions with appropriate materials and performance for medical and food-contact duties, and we can provide certification documentation required for your market. Confirm your application and applicable standards, and we will match the right configuration.
Yes. As the manufacturer, we customize voltage/frequency (e.g. 110V/220V/380V, 50/60Hz), motor options, accessories and packages, color and branding, plus OEM/ODM with your logo and documentation.
Our factory is ISO 9001 certified and pumps carry CE certification, with other certificates available for your market. Standard models ship within 7–20 days after order confirmation, customized units 20–40 days, export-packed for sea or air freight.
We offer a 12–24 month warranty, 24/7 remote technical support, installation guidance and operator training, and long-term spare parts supply — filters, valves, vanes and service kits — typically dispatched within 3–7 days to keep your line running.
