What factors affect the efficiency of an Oil free scroll compressor?

 The efficiency of an Oil Free Scroll Compressor is not static and is affected by a combination of factors.  I. Equipment structure and manufacturing process 
 
(a) Scroll disk precision and wear 
As the core component of oil free scroll compressor, the manufacturing precision of scroll disk directly affects the working efficiency. The scroll teeth of the static and dynamic scroll disk need to be meshed precisely, and if the processing precision is insufficient, resulting in too large a gap between the teeth, it will cause gas leakage in the compression process and reduce the compression efficiency. In addition, after a long period of operation, the scroll disk will appear wear, especially in the high load or irregular use, the wear increases.
