Summer Maintenance for Magnetic Levitation Air Compressors
1. Daily Maintenance
1) Water Cooling System
★ Ensure the machine room is well ventilated and the ambient temperature does not exceed 40°C.
★ Check the cooling tower's operating status daily.
★ Check the water pressure, quality, and flow rate of the cooling water system (water-cooled models).
★ Clean dust and debris from the Y-type filter (recommended weekly).
★ Check the coolant tank level.
2) Air Cooling System
★ Check the condition of the filter pads in the cooling air intake grille.
★ Check the motor cooling fan.
★ Check the skid-mounted cooling fan.
3) Electrical System
★ Clean dust from the control cabinet.
★ Check all electrical connections for looseness.
★ Check the inverter's heat dissipation.
2. Seasonal Professional Maintenance
1) Cooling System Optimization
★ Consider adding temporary ventilation facilities.
★ Check and clean all ventilation ducts.
★ Evaluate whether the cooling system capacity meets summer requirements.
2) Electrical Protection.
★ Check the effectiveness of moisture-proofing measures.
★ Add dehumidification equipment if necessary.
★ Check the grounding system resistance.
★ Provide rain protection around and on top of the air compressor.
3) Operating Parameter Adjustment.
★ Adjust protection thresholds based on ambient temperature.
★ Consider reducing the maximum load factor as appropriate.
4) Deep Cleaning.
★ Clean the air cooler and plate heat exchanger.
★ Clean the inverter water cooling system.
3. Emergency Procedures.
