1. Main unit operating data：
★ The outlet temperature of the air compressor head is below 95°C for air-cooled machines and below 90°C for water-cooled machines. If it exceeds 110°C, a high-temperature trip will occur.
★ The ambient temperature for air compressor operation is 0-40°C. Too high a temperature will cause the main unit temperature to be too high, while too low a temperature will make it difficult to start the air compressor.
★ The vibration value of the air compressor head is: The main unit vibration value of the air compressor should be less than 7.5mm/s.
2. Air Compressor Three-Filter Operating Data:
★ After oil separation, the exhaust oil content is approximately 1-5 ppm. The typical oil content in compressed air is 3 ppm.
★ The control panel displays: If the air filter differential pressure drops below -0.05 bar, the filter element must be replaced.
★ Air filter filtration: 98% for 1 micron, 99.5% for 2 micron, and 99.9% for 3 micron.
★ Oil filter filtration: 10 μm particle size; the oil filter has a filtration accuracy of up to 0.1 micron. ★ The typical differential pressure of a new oil filter is approximately 0.2 bar. The maximum differential pressure of the oil-gas separator should not exceed 0.8 bar; any excess pressure must be replaced immediately.
★ Oil filter: Initial differential pressure ≤ 0.2 MPa, maximum operating temperature 120°C. Oil filter: Maximum operating temperature less than 120°C, maximum operating pressure 1.4-2.5 MPa.
Air filter: Operating temperature less than 120°C, maximum operating pressure 1.4-1.5 MPa.
3. Other commonly used data：
★ The temperature difference between the cooling water input and output is about 15 degrees. Too large or too small indicates that there is a problem with the cooling system. And the cooling water flow rate is more than 3.7 liters/second;
