Common faults and solutions of screw air compressors
1)Unable to start the machine
1: Voltage is too low, voltage protection limit
Solution: Add a voltage stabilizer or transformer to make the voltage reach the specified requirements
2: The phase sequence of the power supply is incorrect
Solution: Electrical personnel inspect and replace the wires
3: The start button has poor contact
Solution: Electrical personnel inspect and replace
4: The emergency stop button is not reset
Solution: Reset
5: Motor failure
Solution: Replace or repair the motor
6: Air compressor host failure
Solution: Turn the rotor by hand. If it does not move, replace the host
7: Electrical circuit failure
Solution: Check the power cord and each node
2)Low unit pressure
1: Actual gas consumption is greater than the unit output gas volume
Handling method: Reselect or add units
2: Vent valve failure (cannot be closed when loaded)
Handling method: Repair or replace the vent valve
3: Intake valve failure, cannot be fully opened
Handling method: Repair, clean, lubricate or replace the intake valve
4: User pipeline leaks

5: Minimum pressure valve stuck
Handling method: Clean, readjust or replace with new parts
6: Air filter clogged
Handling method: Replace the air filter
7: Pressure sensor failure
Handling method: Replace the pressure sensor
8: Oil separator core clogged
Handling method: Replace the oil separator core
3)The unit consumes a lot of oil or the compressed air contains a lot of oil
1: Too much lubricating oil
Solution: Drain the oil to the appropriate position
2: The return oil pipe is blocked
Solution: Clear the blockage
3: The installation of the return oil pipe does not meet the requirements
Solution: Replace the new oil suction pipe
4: The exhaust pressure is too low when the unit is running
Solution: Increase the internal pressure of the exhaust
5: Oil separator core quality problem
Solution: Replace the oil separator core
6: The oil separator core is broken
Solution: Replace the oil separator core
7: The internal partition of the separation cylinder is damaged
Solution: Replace the gas tank
8: The unit has oil leakage

9: The lubricating oil is deteriorated or used beyond the expiration date
Solution: Replace the lubricating oil
10: The exhaust temperature is too low
Solution: Increase the exhaust temperature to about 85°
4)The exhaust temperature of the unit is high (over 100℃)
1: The lubricating oil level of the unit is too low
Handling method: Add lubricating oil to the specified position
2: The outside of the oil cooler is dirty
Handling method: Clean the fins of the cooler
3: The inside of the oil cooler is dirty
Handling method: Use a special cleaning agent to clean it
4: Temperature control valve failure (component failure)
Handling method: Clean or replace the component
5: Fan motor failure
Handling method: Repair or replace the motor
6: Cooling fan damage
Handling method: Replace the fan
7: The exhaust duct is blocked or the exhaust resistance (back pressure) is large
Handling method: Clean the exhaust fan duct
8: The oil filter element is blocked
Handling method: Replace the oil filter
9: The ambient temperature exceeds the specified range
Handling method: Lower the ambient temperature and increase the exhaust
10: Temperature sensor failure
Handling method: Replace the temperature sensor
11: The wire is loose
