   Huaxin Cement's large-scale production base in Hubei, China, produces more than 10,000 tons of cement per day.    With the introduction of the ZAKF 350HP IF screw compressor, Huaxin Cement's production situation was greatly improved. The direct-drive design of the IF motor delivers a stable output of 0.9MPa pressure and 38m³/min high flow rate with a transmission efficiency of more than 98%, which fully meets the needs of pneumatic conveying, kiln control, and other aspects of air consumption. Carburized alloy rotor and cast iron body structure, continuous and stable operation at 1.2MPa pressure, so far, has been more than 20 months of trouble-free operation, maintenance cycle extended to 8000 hours, downtime reduced by 90%, annual savings of more than 720,000 yuan due to losses caused by production stoppages. The three-stage filtration device enhances the compressed air filtration precision to 0.01μm, the oil content control is nearly zero, and the maintenance cost of packaging equipment is reduced by 60%. Intelligent interlocking system monitors oil temperature, vibration and other parameters in real time, providing early warning of abnormal conditions and avoiding sudden failures. Mr. Chen excitedly shared, "This 250 kw Screw Air Compressor runs very stably, and its energy consumption at full load is 18% lower than before, saving about 400,000 yuan in electricity costs every year.
