The blower features the integrated design of"electricalmechanical and electronic".lt comprises the pneumaticunit of ternary fow impeller and volute shell, thehigh-speed freguency inverter and the maglev motordrive unit,and the centra contro  unit for motor suspension and blower operation.
 
Magnetic levitation blower is an advanced gas conveying equipment that uses magnetic levitation bearings, high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors, and intelligent control systems. It achieves non-contact suspension and high-speed rotation of the rotor through electromagnetic force (with a speed of tens of thousands of revolutions per minute), combined with efficient ternary flow impeller design, to achieve energy-saving operation without friction and lubrication. Its core advantages include: energy efficiency (saving 20% -40% compared to traditional blowers), low noise (usually<80dB), long lifespan (designed for over 15 years), and maintenance free (no lubrication system required). The typical air volume range is 10-200m ³/min, with pressure coverage ranging from tens to hundreds of kilopascals and power ranging from tens to hundreds of kilowatts. It is widely used in fields such as sewage treatment, chemical industry, electricity, and food processing, especially suitable for scenarios with strict requirements for cleanliness, noise, and energy consumption.
 
The core selling point of the magnetic levitation blower lies in its revolutionary magnetic levitation bearing technology, which achieves non-contact suspension and high-speed operation of the rotor through electromagnetic force (with a speed of up to 20000 to 50000 revolutions per minute). 1、Coil Current Assessment
The maximum current waveform l(t)measured by the magnetic coil at rated operation should be less than the currentcapacity of power amplifiers, and each coil current should bechecked against this standard.
 
2、Amplifier Voltage Evaluation
High coil current indicates that the carrying capacity hasbeen reached, and it is necessary to ensure that the effect ofvoltage saturation is not significant. During normal opera-tions,the slope of reference current should be less than themaximum slope that the amplifier can produce.
 
3、Assessment of Vibration Displacement
Contact between rotating parts and stationary parts of themaglev motor must be avoid during motor's operation. For vibration displacement,the lSO standard has a clear recommendation that a qualified machine should have the testresult fall in either zone A or Zone B as defined below.
 
Zone  A he vibration displacement of newly adjusted ma-chine usually falls in this zone.
 
Zone B:Machines with vibration displacements falling in thiszone are generally considered to be able to operate for longperiods of time without limitation.
 
Zone C:Machines with vibration displacement falling in this zone are generally not considered to meet the requirements of long-term continuous operation. Generally,in such cases,the machine can be operated for a limited time until appropriate remedies are available.
Zone D:Machines with vibration displacements falling in thiszone are generally considered severely damaged.
