30 hp two stage screw air compressor is an industrial air supply equipment using two-stage compression technology. It connects the primary and secondary compression main engine in series (with a cooler in the middle) to compress the air to the target pressure (7-13Bar adjustable). Compared with single-stage compression, it can improve energy efficiency by 15%-25% and reduce heat generation and wear; by combining permanent magnet synchronous motor (efficiency>95%) and variable frequency control technology, it can achieve 10%-100% load stepless adjustment, output pressure fluctuation is less than ±0.05Bar, and has the advantages of low noise (≤75dB(A)) and long life (main engine design life exceeds 100,000 hours).
